Assessing the current operating environment

We employ a proprietary assessment to examine the quality of connection in the current environment through the lens of five key organizational dimensions. We identify critical gaps and determine how they are shaping behavior and affecting performance. We then work with senior leadership to mediate those gaps.

Organizational Mediation

We work with leaders to close the connection gaps in the organization. We address issues both vertically, between executive and operating leaders and horizontally, across functions. We provide the initial “glue or grease” as needed, by identifying and prioritizing issues, building linking mechanisms, and convening and moderating cross-functional alliance groups, to drive progress toward goals.

C-Suite Organizational Coaching

We provide one-on-one coaching with key leaders helping them to better understand the dynamics at work in the organization and how to harness them. We help individual leaders to better forge connections and build healthier operating environments.

Developing leaders

We see storytelling as the primary currency of connection within organizations. We have developed a proprietary workshop entitled “Storytelling: A Leadership Essential” which we deliver to executive and senior leadership teams.
